Hi, I’m Zuzana - a certified NLP Life Coach, Body Coach and Health & Wellness Coach, with a strong backround in nutrition. I'm passionate about helping people reset their mind and body so they can create real, lasting change.
Health has always been my happy place - from nourishing my body with wholesome food to moving with purpose and finding balance. Originally from Slovakia, my love for travel and connection led me to work on cruise ships, exploring the world and discovering how deeply our habits, mindset and lifestyle shape our wellbeing.
Settling in South Africa and stepping into motherhood brought new challenges. I found myself giving everything to everyone else, until I realized I had lost touch with me. That moment sparked my journey into life and body coaching - combining mindset, nutrition and lifestyle.
I learned that true transformation begins in the mind: shift your thoughts, your habits follow, your body responds and your life changes.
